Ohh, I’m looking forward to this one, Feast London, Thursday 31st July – Sunday 3rd August at Tobacco Dock. Maybe I’m getting ahead of myself here because Feast London hasn’t yet started, maybe I should wait to report on how it went, but come on, its food and drink and all sorts of other things, it sounds amazing.

And they have an Absinthe Bar!

Feast London

From the Feast London web site:

Fancy duck confit for lunch, northern Chinese street food for seconds and rainbow-tastic meringues for dessert? Or does drinking at London’s only absinthe bar, sampling alcoholic penny sweets and taxidermy tutorials sound more appealing? This summer, FEAST returns with an energetic, all-encompassing food experience. Wine and perfume pairing, butchery and cocktail-making masterclasses are served up alongside London’s most exciting restaurants and best-known street food vendors. Learn, consume and enjoy – this edition of FEAST promises to be the biggest and best experience yet. Established in 2012, FEAST has welcomed over 30,000 food lovers and showcased more than 150 of London’s finest food purveyors. Feed your senses at http://www.wefeast.co.uk this summer.

The press seem to like Feast London

‘FEAST is at the forefront of a deliciously democratic movement, bringing new concepts and flavours at affordable prices’

HELLO! Magazine

‘Taking the food revolution a step further’

The Independent

‘Hooray! One of London’s best food festivals returns’

Evening Standard

Come down and check it out, it should be a great event with lots to do for both adults and kids!

The only one thing that is worrying me slightly? They have asked us to make a sign that says:

Feast London

GULP!

I will report back next week on the event and if anyone actually ate their taxidermy…
